Peggy Jo and I had the privilege of helping Convoy of Hope following the devastation May 22 EF5 tornado in Joplin.Our first opportunity to help was by providing photography support to Convoy of Hope in general and spending the day with Hal Donaldson the COH founder. The thing I kept hearing Hal repeat to those who faced loss through the storm was, "It's going to get better" - that one statement left an impact on my life.

We can all do something to help those who face loss and destruction and encounter such need.
